Returns: Items must be unused and in the same condition as you received them. Contact us at Info@SkinisterMedical.com within 10 days of receiving your order. We will provide return mailing instructions and a Return Authorization Number.

Restocking fees: Certain items are subject to a restocking fee. For example, for sanitary reasons, silicone hip pads incur a 15% restocking fee. Item-specific information is displayed on the Returns tab of the product information page.

Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of your return status. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original payment method. The time it takes for the credit to appear depends on your payment provider's policies.

Return shipping: Skinister will provide a prepaid mailing label if we made a mistake or you received a damaged item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for other reasons, including a change of mind.
